1. Acceptance

By using PollSG ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PollSG. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
  • One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
  • You agree to provide accurate demographic information if you choose to share it

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to vote or interact with polls
  • Post comments that are abusive, hateful, defamatory, or harassing
  • Attempt to manipulate poll results through coordinated inauthentic behaviour
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Points System

Points earned on PollSG have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are used for in-platform features such as prediction stakes and leaderboard rankings. We reserve the right to adjust point balances to maintain platform integrity.

6. Content

Polls on PollSG are generated from publicly available news sources and user submissions. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of poll questions or their framing. Comments you post are your own and you grant PollSG a licence to display them on the Platform.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other actions to enforce these terms. Decisions on moderation are at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers

PollSG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Poll results represent the opinions of participating users and should not be interpreted as statistically representative surveys. We are not responsible for decisions made based on poll results.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
